My Background

I have been working as an IT Support Technician in an Australian company for the last two years, gaining great experience and skills in areas like software troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, Network Security, Microsoft Intune and Entra ID, Cloud computing and many more. I also have experience in Digital Marketing, deploying the Digital Marketing content, creating templates for SMS and email communications, and later executing those campaigns in various platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Vision 6, and Message Media. Also involved in uploading contact data in platforms, following a quality assurance process, testing proofs using testing tools like Litmus and Email on Acid. Moreover, providing the bounce-back report for the campaign. I had a great experience with Salesforce CRM, Zoho CRM, HubSpot CRM, Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing, and SEO. I am also an excellent team player who can solve problems promptly. I had a great experience with tools like Klaviyo, crazy egg, Webtrends, Google Analytics, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Sitecore, Sitefinity, Swift, Chartbeat, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, TikTok

On the academic side, I am a Graduate with a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University. Completed a project where two clients were interacting and creating the database using GUI components in Java.
