As a Digital Marketing Specialist, deploying the Digital Marketing content, creating templates for SMS and email communications, and later executing those campaigns in various platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Vision 6, and Message Media. Also involved in uploading contact data in platforms, following a quality assurance process, testing proofs using testing tools like Litmus and Email on Acid. Moreover, providing the report of the bounce back for the campaign. I had great experience in Salesforce CRM, Zoho CRM, Hubspot CRM, Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Salesforce CRM platforms. I am also an excellent team player who can solve problems promptly. On the academic side, I am a Graduate with a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University. Completed a project where two clients were interacting and creating the database using GUI components in Java language.
